A Better Look at Things Continued
The kitty is kinda cute, and kinda freaky looking as well. My first impression was that it was kinda scary looking, but after checking it out further it kinda grew on me. I have to say though my kids love it, especially my baby (1yr old), he got all excited, saying cat-cat and trying to grab it.
His head bobbles just like a bobble heads does, and it has two motion/visual sensors located on its leg and shoulder.
The USB Kitty is about as tall as a standard 12oz soda can and the only that actually moves is its head. The head will bobble if you move the kitty, but it also moves on its own as well when you do certain things with it, I have a couple movies for you to show you the kitty in action coming up in the next section.
The USB Kitty itself seems well made, it’s solid and heavier than it looks.
It’s just one of those things that would make a great gift for people that love cats and love goofy little computer/techie gadgets.
Overall I have to say the USB Kitty is kinda cool, as I said my first impression was that it was really freaky, and I’d like to know why it’s eyes are closed; I think it would be better looking if its eyes were open, after all it is supposed to also be a ‘watch cat’ to guard your computer etc…
Oh well though it’s still kinda neat and interesting to play with. It comes with cat sounds and songs, lots of them actually, you can hear a few songs in cat language.
