Unboxing

The Showcase for iPhone arrives centered in plastic in the middle of a black box with the model name emblazed on the top front of the box. The back of the box touts the features of the case and holster.

Inside the case is a cardboard iPhone insert that doubles as the instructions for the Showcase. In place of the usual iPhone icons are the icons showing the Showcases strengths. These icons represent: Contoured, Full Access, Protective, Goes Anywhere, Secure and Stylish.

Removing the plastic clamshell, one finds the case on the front and the holster on the back.

The Showcase is composed of a polycarbonate clear plastic on the front and back sides of the case and is surrounded by a matte black rubber. Towards the bottom rear of the phone, there is a hinge, where the case opens for insertion of the iPhone.

A clear plastic window is found on the back of the case, comprising 75% of the surface area. On the top of this window is an embossed Contour logo.

The Holster is also black and matches the coloring of the case. The belt clip can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing the phone to be positioned either horizontally or vertically on ones belt. On the middle of the belt clip, one will notice another embossed Contour logo.
