A Better Look at Things

The packaging features the USB hub on a plastic blister card with pictures of the hub accompanied by descriptions in English and Japanese.

The back of the package holds the AC adapter and features more Japanese writing.

Once open, the contents include a mini USB connector wire along with the hub and the AC adapter. Unfortunately, my review sample was sent with a European AC plug. So I could only test the USB as a passive device. No charging of my iPod through this device.

The hub is primarily electric blue with black and silver segments. The number one and two ports rotate 180 degrees. The hub is composed of aluminum and has a red LED light at one end to indicate that the hub is powered.

The Twister USB HUB features Transfer Speeds of 480Mbps (USB 2.0/HS), 12Mbps (USB 1.1/FS), 1.5Mbps (USB 1.1/LS). All pretty standard features for a USB hub.
