A Better Look at Things
There’s nothing fancy about the main package, just a cardboard slipcover over a decorative tin with a window so you can see the USB drive itself.
Unpacking the tin we find the USB Drive itself, a user manual and drive disc if needed for those that still run older iterations of Windows…
There’s no markings on the USB Drive itself besides and easily removable sticker that says 2GB, which obviously means this is a 2 gigabyte capacity thumbdrive. There is a leather strap permanently attached to the drive, it is threaded through the cap and through the drive itself making it pretty much impossible to loose the cap of this USB drive.
As I mentioned in the intro the outer casing of this product is made of Mahogany, exactly what type I’m not sure, I talked to a friend of mine who is a woodworker and he wasn’t quite sure exactly what variety it is either… it is finished very nicely, sanded smooth and stained and then coated with what I assume is polyurethane or a derivative thereof.
