Unboxing- Outside Continued
Then here’s the top of the case. As I mentioned it’s plastic like the front, and the the front panel is raised higher than the two top fans making for a unique look.
On the top near the front you’ll see one of the big features of the Touch 787 and where it gets its name from, the touch panel which has eight buttons for controlling the fan speeds and the lighting along with a mute and lock button. You can turn the fans and LEDs in the fans completely off if you want. Below the buttons you’ll find two USB 2,.0 ports, a USB 3.0 port, an eSATA connection, audio jacks and a reset button.
The Touch 787 comes with two 120mm fans pre-installed in the top of the case:
Moving around the back of the case the first thing you’ll notice is a USB cable just hanging around. That cable is the USB 3.0 connection, yes you just plug it into a USB 3.0 port and you’re done.
The Touch 787 has a bottom mounted PSU and plenty of holes for optional water cooling ready for you. The side panels are held in place with thumbscrews for easy access.
The bottom of the case is virtually all open, it features a mesh covering over it, but it’s basically open for ventilation. There’s also four rubber feet there as well.
